Sometime around 2000, I was had some extra money, and Steve Cursey at Cutting Edge Systems in Costa Mesa manage to get me some financing. I began engraving, as they say for fun and profit. Never any doubt that it would be an Epilog product, unbeliveable support. Tech support know their shit, no being pass on to "tier 2 support".
